No matter when I order a prescription I have always had to wait for it to be made up. Staff not helpful and have heard them being quite rude to some customers. One member of staff moans about the amount of customers waiting to be served, if you didn't have such a ridiculous way of dealing with the prescriptions people could be in and out a lot quicker. Would never use this privacy if I add another option.
